Breakfast Mug Muffin
INGREDIENTS
1 medium banana mashed
1/3 cup quick oats
1 egg/ egg white
1/2 cup berries
*syrup if you have a sweet tooth
METHOD
Mix the first three ingredients and put in a microwave safe cup
Microwave for 1min 50sec
Remove from the microwave and place in a bowl.
Add berries and drizzle syrup if using
*An easy simple way to start the day. Can be served warm or cold.
