Spelt and walnut bread

INGREDIENTS

 

3 cup of wholemeal spelt flour

1 tsp bakers yeast

1/3 cup coconut oil

2 cups luke warm water

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp honey

1cup mixed grain and nuts chopped walnuts

METHOD

 

In a bowl combine water ,salt, yeast and honey

Pour into the flour and mix till you have a dough

*You may not need all of the water mixture

Add grain and nuts

Cover with tea towel and set aside for about 1 hour

Dough will rise

Preheat oven 160 deg fan forced/180 deg

Prepare oven tray or loaf tin

Place dough on the tray

Bake for about 30-40 minutes til skewer comes out dry

Serve and enjoy
