This traditional Zimbabwean meal is amazeballs.

You can use any pumpkin of choice

1/2 pumpkin ( I usually use jap/kent)

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup mixed berries

1/3 cup pepitas

1 tbsp salted roasted nuts


Steam pumpkin until very soft

Mash the pumpkin and add peanut butter until well mixed

Leave on the heat for a 2 minutes

Serve in a bowl with berries and pepitas
