Beer battered fish

1 cup all purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 1/4 cup light beer

Salt and pepper

A little extra flour to dust the fish



Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth paste.

Meanwhile heat up your deep fryer

Pat dry the fish with a paper towel and then coat it with flour

Coat the fish in the batter and then fry the fish.

Do the same with the onions as well

Serve and enjoy
